Jermaine “Dj-Jer” Perrin is a humble that attends the University of Technology, Jamaica where I Major in Production and Operations Management and Minor in Economics. I grew up in a small district in Westmoreland name Fustic Grove where my love for music grew as I was surrounded by several sound systems as well as my father who was a selector back in his days, I have worked on several sound systems in Westmoreland where I use to go by the name “Dj-Bugz”.

Dj jer is simply a high energy party DJ who ventures every genre of music but specializes in remixing Hip Hop, R&B, Alternative, Soul, Dancehall & Reggae. My love for music has taken me through almost every aspect of music as I’m also a rapper, audio engineer as well as a producer.

People say that I’m a remix king and place me in a category with Zj-Rush of Zip Fm as well as other top remix Disc Jockeys. The greatest feeling to me is when a fan approach me and say “yow dj dah remix deh mawd ute” , it gives me great motivation. My inspiration comes from other Dj’s no matter how accomplished they are as well as everyday life. To sum me all up you can say “I’m simply a yute weh love music”.
